Alec Baldwin was seen with his family in New England a week after injuring Halyna HUTCHINS, cinematographer, in an on-set accident that resulted in her death. The investigation is ongoing and could lead Baldwin to be criminally charged.
The 63 year-old actor was clearly stony-faced after he gathered a mountain of takeout food to feed himself and his six children. Hilaria, his wife Hilaria, and a nanny were also there but were not photographed.
Wednesday’s New Mexico sheriff’s deputy said that they didn’t know his current whereabouts.
Baldwin has been cooperating with police investigations into the shooting and has also been in contact Hutchins’ family.
He is now confined to his bunker with his wife, children, and investigators in Santa Fe New Mexico continue to interview witnesses.
Santa Fe County Sheriff Adam Mendoza said Thursday morning that he was still unable to determine who brought live ammunition onto Rust, the Western movie Baldwin stars and is producing.

He stated, “Everyone we’ve spoken with knows that live rounds shouldn’t be on set and why they were,”
Investigators were told by Dave Halls, Assistant Director of Rust, that he hadn’t checked every barrel of his gun but “should have” before he gave it back to him last week. Also that he only inspected three of the five chambers in his weapon.
Halls’ shocking admission can be found in a search warrant that was not sealed by the Sante Fe County Sheriff’s Department and issued Wednesday afternoon.
It includes details about Halls’ interview with police officers and what Hannah Gutierrez Reed told them.
Halls stated that Gutierrez-Reed (24 years old) handed him the weapon. He’spins’ the drum to show him the ammo, and he declares the weapon safe.
Dave Halls claimed to cops that he should have checked all the gun’s chambers, but didn’t before he gave it to Alec Baldwin last week. New search warrants have revealed this.
Santa Fe County Sheriff’s Department released a portion of the interview between Halls, sheriff’s deputies and was made public on Wednesday
He said that he couldn’t recall if she had spun the weapon, but that he did remember seeing three dummy shots, identified by holes in the cartridge.
Hannah Gutierrez – Reed told police that the guns were kept safely in a safe that only a few people had access.
“David advised Hannah to show him the firearm before continuing rehearsal. He could only recall seeing three rounds.”
The search warrant states that he advised that he should have checked all of them but didn’t and couldn’t remember if she spun drums.
Baldwin was given the gun, and it was fired in the direction Joel Souza (Halyna Hutchins). Hutchins was killed, and Souza was taken to the hospital.
Halls then brought the gun back with him to Gutierrez Rice and asked her to open it.
The warrant also explains how Hannah Gutierrez Reed described not having any live rounds on set.
‘Hannah advised she checked the dummies and made sure that they weren’t hot rounds.
‘She said as the crew broke for lunch, the firearms were taken back and secured inside a safe on a prop truck on set.
She said that the ammo was left on a cart at lunch and wasn’t secured.
‘After lunch, [property manager]Sarah Zachary took the firearms from the safe in the truck and gave them to Sarah.
She advised that only a few people have access to the safe and the combination.
Hannah advised that she gave the gun to Alec Baldwin several times, and also gave it to David Halls. Hannah stated that no live ammo was ever kept on set.
