A beautician has shared shocking images of her body covered in bruises and third degree liposuction burns after a botched Brazilian butt lift, boob job and tummy tuck.
Sivan Himmelman, 40, from LA travelled to Tijuana in Mexico to save money on surgery with it costing her $6,400 for the three procedures.
But the botched surgery left her with necrosis – the death of body tissue due to lack of blood supply and an infection leaving her unable to work for months.
She now regrets going under the knife as she feels more ‘insecure’ about her body than she did before, and has also suffered from depression as a result of her surgery.
She’s now desperately searching for a surgeon in the US to fix the botched work – but can’t afford it and says ‘no doctors want to go near her’.

A beautician shared shocking pictures of her body covered in bruises, third degree liposuction and boob job scars from a botched Brazilian buttlift, tummy tuck, and boob job. After surgery, she is seen being bandaged.
Sivan said, “I’ve struggled shame, guilt, sorrow, anger and fear of being judged.”
“The mental and emotional recovery has been so much more difficult than the physical, it has taken so long and is still painful. It is impossible to look in the mirror.
“I was always self conscious about my body.
‘I felt I didn’t have curves, that my bum was too small, and that I never had curves – and I always wished I could be curvy and full at the bottom.
“I was tired of feeling ashamed of my body and wanted to feel good about it.
“I believed surgery could improve the areas where I was insecure – that it would boost my confidence and give courage to finally live my best life.
Her botched surgery left her suffering from necrosis, the death or destruction of body tissue due lack of blood supply. She also became ineligible for work for several months.
She was left with necrosis, a condition that results in the death of tissue due to lack or infection.
Sivan now regrets going under the knife as she feels more ‘insecure’ about her body than she did before, and has also suffered from depression as a result of her surgery. The scars all over Sivan’s body are shown.
“But instead, I was botched and mentally broken and left with devastating – that’s neither what I signed up for nor what I was promised.
“Looking back, it’s clear that I wish I had done more research to assess all risks and take precautions, especially when I was having surgery overseas.
“I never dreamed that I’d find myself today working harder to love my body after plastic surgery.”
Sivan initially wanted to have surgery to improve her bottom, but the surgeon suggested she get breast implants at a reduced price.
She added: “I have always struggled with my body image and was very insecure.”
Sivan is now desperate to find a US surgeon to fix the botched work. However, she can’t afford it and says that ‘no doctor wants to go near her’.
Sivan is pictured just before the ceremony. She stated that she has struggled with shame and guilt, sadness, anger, and fear of being judged.
‘However, I didn’t mind my breasts but for an extra £1,450 I decided to get them done.
“I had my consultation September 3, 2019, and the surgeon managed me in September 5.
“I didn’t realize it wasn’t right and went for the best.
‘I didn’t have much fat so my surgeon performed liposuction in my stomach, back, arms and pelvic area to transfer fat to my bum.
“I also had implants which made me a 34DD (from a C-cup) even though I requested that they be smaller.
Sivan claims that she was left with a bumpy bum. Sivan stated that the mental and emotional recovery has been’so much greater, longer, and more painful than the physical’ because it is so difficult to look in a mirror.
Sivan’s stomach is shown in this photo. She said: ‘I thought that surgery can improve the areas I was insecure about – that it would boost up my confidence and give me the courage to finally live life to the fullest.
Sivan was horrified to see the results of the surgery one day later. Sivan claims her body was “black and blue” from her top thighs to her top chest.
She stated that she was concerned at this point but was hopeful that the swelling would decrease. But it got worse.
They were bruises and blisters which popped open to make wounds. My skin felt tingling, itching, and numb. Then the skin began to peel.
Sivan returned to Los Angeles after spending 10 days in Mexico and was diagnosed with an illness.
She was unable for work for several weeks and received 25 lymphatic massaging sessions to speed up her recovery.
As a result of the surgery, she was diagnosed with depression.
She stated, “I was too weak to make sense or understand how terrible it was at the beginning.”

Sivan was horrified to see the results of the surgery one day later. Sivan claims that her body was ‘blackened and blue’ from her top thighs to the top of the top of the her chest. Her body took two years to heal (pictured).
“But when I saw how staff reacted to my body, I realized something was wrong. The bruises became third-degree liposuction cuts.
“At one time, I drove three hours to Mexico to get the fluid drained. It was not worth the headache.
“I was so depressed and desperately wanted my body and mind to heal and look better. I fell into darkness and began hiding more than ever before.
“My skin went through so many stages. I experienced dryness. Itching, tingling, numbing sensations.
“Later, my skin began discolouring and I developed keloids (internal painful scars), bumps and necrosis.

“It was frightening and heartbreaking to look in the mirror, because my stomach looked like someone had ripped it apart. It was like watching horror movies. You don’t know what’s going to end because it just keeps getting worse.
Sivan chose Mexico for her surgery because it was less expensive than the prices she received at Beverly Hills clinics.
She is now desperate to find a surgeon who can help her.
She stated that she was quoted $17,000 to $23,000, which was beyond my budget.
“I have asked many surgeons for help, but they won’t touch me. It could be a liability issue, but I’m not sure.
‘I would tell other women to avoid surgery if it is not financially feasible and to choose the cheaper option. There are many great surgeons overseas, but it’s not worth the risk.
“On top of all that, there’s also a language barrier so I didn’t have anyone to talk to.
“I want others to know that social media is not always the truth.”
“I wish I had listened more to people who said to go to the gym and to love the place you were born in.
“The mental and/or emotional pain is constant and very difficult to manage.”
