Zayn Malik was charged with harassment and pleaded no contest after allegedly pushing his partner’s mother, Yolanda Hadid, into a dresser and calling her a ‘f*****g Dutch s**t’ last month in a fight at the home he shares with Gigi Hadid in Pennsylvania.
These details were revealed in court documents that TMZ obtained on Friday. They show that he was convicted of four counts each of harassment and that his plea did not contest. It is unclear what sentence he received.
They confirm earlier source claims that there was a fight at the Pennsylvania house. This was also confirmed by the news that supermodel Gigi and Zayn split.
The couple had a one year old daughter, Khai. They lived together in Pennsylvania, near Yolanda.
According to court documents, and a statement posted by Zayn on social media on Thursday, the incident was caused by Yolanda’s visit to the property in September, when Gigi was modeling for Paris.
Zayn was there. It’s not known if Khai was. It’s not clear what happened next, but the pair began arguing.
According to the criminal complaint Zayn shoved Yolanda in a dresser and verbally berated her screaming: ‘Stayaway from! [my] f*****g daughter.”

He is said to have called Gigi and yelled down the phone to her: ‘Strap on some f***ing balls and defend your partner against your f***ing mother in my house.’
A security guard was present for the exchange, according to the court documents, and Zayn screamed at him: ‘Get the f*** out of my f***ing house copper.’
Gigi refused to comment on the matter in detail, but released a statement Thursday night.
Gigi is purely focused on Khai’s success. She requests privacy during this period,’ her rep stated.
Yolanda has not yet commented. On Thursday, Zayn posted a statement via social media that confirmed the incident and that he pleaded not guilty (although it was not clear at the time if he had been criminally charged). He stated that he was trying protect his daughter.
He denied striking Yolanda. This was contrary to what TMZ reported, citing an unnamed source.
‘As most of you know, I am a private individual and I want to create a safe environment for my daughter to grow into. A place where private family matters aren’t thrown on the world stage for all to poke and pick apart.
‘In an effort to protect that space for her, I agreed to not contest claims arising from an argument I had with a family member of my partner’s who entered our home while my partner was away several weeks ago.
‘This was and should still be a private matter, but it appears for now there is an underlying divisiveness and despite my attempts to restore a peaceful family environment that will allow me to co-parent with my daughter in a way that she deserves, this information has been ‘leaked’ to the press.
“I am hopeful though for healing for everyone involved with the harsh words spoken and, more importantly, I remain vigilant to protect Khai’s privacy and ensure her safety.
